Precision Mobile Dry Ice Blasting647-571-2553

Iceolate the Problem.Restore the Performance.

ICEOLATED CLEANING brings a complete mobile dry ice blasting process to industrial plants, production and packaging equipment, molds and tooling, maintenance shutdowns, fleet and heavy-equipment work, and automotive engine bays, undercarriages, drivetrains, components and restoration projects. Each job is scoped around the contaminant, surface, access, ventilation, operating controls and result required—especially where added wash water, aggressive abrasives or extensive teardown would create more work.

Mobile by design. Our dry ice blasting system is configured for each project and brought directly to your site, with air treatment, blast settings, access controls and debris management matched to the application.
No added wash waterAvoids rinse runoff, drying steps and moisture-related damage on susceptible assets.
No secondary blast mediaDry ice sublimates; the removed contamination remains.
Less teardown—when suitableIn-place access can shorten disassembly and reassembly.
Application-specific settingsAir, pellet feed, nozzle, angle and distance are adjusted.
Faster return-to-work potentialFewer wet-cleaning and media-recovery steps can save time.
Debris managementRemoved residue is still contained, collected and handled.
One process. Two specialized markets.

Specialized dry ice blasting for industrial and automotive work.

Industrial teams need cleaning that respects production windows, asset condition, facility controls and the cost of every step between shutdown and restart. Automotive clients need controlled access around complex mechanical assemblies, aged materials and finishes worth preserving. ICEOLATED CLEANING applies the same proven cleaning principles to two very different operating realities—with the scope, settings and controls built for each one.

Why dry ice?

The smartest cleaning method removes the problem—and avoids creating a second one.

Dry ice blasting can make financial sense when it removes costly steps around the actual cleaning: lengthy disassembly, wash-water control, chemical handling, drying, spent-media recovery and delayed inspection or restart. The strongest business case is measured across the whole job, not just the minutes spent at the nozzle.

01
Industrial efficiencyProtect productive timeOn suitable machinery and tooling, in-place access can reduce teardown, reassembly, drying and restart steps across the complete maintenance window.
02
Industrial & automotiveAvoid added wash waterNo rinse stream is introduced, avoiding runoff and drying while reducing moisture-related risks such as corrosion, trapped water and exposure around susceptible electrical or mechanical assemblies.
03
Waste controlLeave no spent blasting gritThe dry ice becomes CO₂ gas, so the cleanup is the contamination removed—not that residue mixed with sand, soda, glass or another blasting medium.
04
Complex equipmentReach assembled geometryApplication-specific nozzles can reach molds, conveyors, seams, contours, engine bays, undercarriages and drivetrain details that are slow to scrub by hand.
05
Asset preservationAdjust the process to the surfaceAirflow, pellet feed, nozzle, angle, distance and dwell are tuned for industrial substrates, vehicle materials and finishes, with a test area when condition is uncertain.
06
Inspection & serviceReveal what the buildup is hidingRemoving residue and suitable loose surface oxidation can expose leaks, fasteners, labels, factory marks, wear, cracks, corrosion extent and coating condition before maintenance or restoration decisions.
How the process works

Impact. Thermal effect. Sublimation.

Compressed, treated air accelerates solid carbon dioxide (CO₂) particles at approximately −78.5°C (−109.3°F) toward the contamination. Particle impact and rapid cooling help fracture or weaken the bond; the dry ice then changes directly to gas and leaves no spent blast media on the surface. Suitability and settings still depend on the contaminant, substrate and condition.

Assess the application

Surface, contaminant, access, air quality, ventilation, nearby assets and the required finish are reviewed.

Prepare and test

The area is controlled, the equipment is isolated as required, and settings are confirmed on a representative spot.

Break the bond

Airflow, pellet feed, nozzle, angle, distance and dwell are balanced to remove buildup without unnecessary aggression.

Collect and verify

The dry ice sublimates; loosened residue is contained or collected, and the cleaned area is inspected against the agreed result.
